Phenomenal Faces and Totally Phenomenal is a family oriented pageant system. We are currently holding pageants in Eastern Kentucky Southern Ohio Northern Virginia and throughout the state of West Virginia. We see this as a way to provide a substitute for the many negative activities that ensnare the youth of today. Our goal is to offer young people an opportunity to grow into successful adults and to provide career and educational opportunities to all who participate. These high quality professional events also serve as a means to instill self confidence and discipline. Phenomenal Faces in the most premier pageant system in the state of West Virginia. The system has produced several state winners, including 2011 Miss WV United States Brittany Alberts, Rachel Ayers the 2009 Miss Teen WV United States as well as Katie Wright 2009 Miss Teen WV International and many others.
